Reservation Terms
By placing this deposit, you are reserving this specific transmission from this specific donor vehicle.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you choose not to complete the purchase after the transmission is confirmed to be in the expected condition, you will not be refunded.
If we determine that the transmission is damaged, unusable, materially different from what was represented, or otherwise cannot be sold as expected, the deposit will be refunded.
